Churchill Development Group, LLC and Westminster Partners, LLC , developers of The VUE Charlotte, closed Jan. 30 on the land located at the corner of Fifth and Pine streets at 410 W. 5th Street.
“Closing on the land is a significant step for The VUE,” said Charlotte residential real estate analyst Emma Littlejohn of The Littlejohn Group. “This progress, along with sustained sales, solidifies the strength and pace of the Center City market.”
