The City of Belmont was the first municipality in the United States to enact a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) zoning ordinance. Until now, a traditional neighborhood such as Eagle Park – even though cherished by residents and a boon to the municipality – was virtually impossible to develop because of antiquated zoning laws.
Tom Graham, President of Graham Development, Inc, developed the successful I’On Village traditional neighborhood in Mount Pleasant, SC. After experiencing the traditional neighborhood living within I’On, Graham determined to devote his career to creating the highest quality human habitats possible incorporating traditional neighborhoods in form and structure.

MOSS CREEK
Moss Creek is a master-planned home community located in Concord, NC. Moss Creek is located near the intersection of NC-73 and Odell School Road, in the Northwest corner of Cabarrus County. With homes and townhomes from the $130’s to the $500’s, Moss Creek will eventually be home to nearly 1500 families.

Providence Plantation is one of Charlotte’s largest suburban neighborhoods consisting of approximately 1,500 homes. It lies just inside I-485 and is bordered to the north by neighborhoods which face Highway 5, to the east by neighborhoods facing the town of Matthews, and Providence Road to the West. Access to the neighborhood can be made from High Ridge Road or Kuykendall Road off Providence Road on the west or from Weddington Road on the east.
Raintree Country Club was established in 1971 in the tradition of a fine private, member-run, not-for-profit Country Club. Olde Providence is a beautiful neighborhood located in the heart of desirable South Charlotte. Approximately 956 homes are planned for the initial phases of the community. Centex plans to develop the community in phases and complete it over a five to seven year period.
Chestnut Oaks is a wonderful Stallings community filled with homes which reflect a traditional neighborhood design (TND) and craftsman feel. Homes are currently being built by Brookwood Homes and they include features reminiscent of a craftsman era, such as wide entrances, roomy porches, and hipped roof lines.
The community features a junior Olympic pool and a children’s pool. The neighborhood clubhouse has full kitchen facilities and large community room with space for any type of function. There are walking trails in the neighborhood and a park next to the clubhouse and pool with open space for events, playground and soccer goals. The neighborhood also has sidewalks with street lights.
The Reserve is a premier neighborhood located off New Town Road in Waxhaw with homes built by Centex Homes. Although the physical location of the community is in Marvin, the mailing address and zip code are officially Waxhaw.
