MOSS CREEK
Moss Creek is a master-planned home community located in Concord, NC. Moss Creek is located near the intersection of NC-73 and Odell School Road, in the Northwest corner of Cabarrus County. With homes and townhomes from the $130’s to the $500’s, Moss Creek will eventually be home to nearly 1500 families.
Moss Creek’s nature trail runs along the East branch of the Rocky River and gives residents unparalelled access to a multitude of habitats, including a riparian corridor, wetlands, prairie, and mixed forests. Trails are accessible from a number of different locations within the community, and are bicycle and stroller friendly.

The community of Bradfield Farms lies 17 miles east of uptown Charlotte in an unincorporated part of Mecklenburg County adjoining Cabarrus County. The main entrance to this neighborhood of nearly 1000 single family homes is on Reedy Creek Road where it crosses Harrisburg Road, next to the I-485 interchange there. Houses were built here between 1989 and 1999 – primarily by Centex Homes, but other quality builders, John Crosland, K. Hovnanian Homes, Torrey Homes, and Fortis Homes, each built a section as well. There are a number of resale houses available in the mid to high $100,000’s and range from 1400 to 2500 square feet.
