MOSS CREEK
Moss Creek is a master-planned home community located in Concord, NC. Moss Creek is located near the intersection of NC-73 and Odell School Road, in the Northwest corner of Cabarrus County. With homes and townhomes from the $130’s to the $500’s, Moss Creek will eventually be home to nearly 1500 families.
Moss Creek’s nature trail runs along the East branch of the Rocky River and gives residents unparalelled access to a multitude of habitats, including a riparian corridor, wetlands, prairie, and mixed forests.
