Chestnut Oaks is a wonderful Stallings community filled with homes which reflect a traditional neighborhood design (TND) and craftsman feel. Homes are currently being built by Brookwood Homes and they include features reminiscent of a craftsman era, such as wide entrances, roomy porches, and hipped roof lines.
The community features a junior Olympic pool and a children’s pool. The neighborhood clubhouse has full kitchen facilities and large community room with space for any type of function. Matthews Grove is a thriving South Charlotte neighborhood consisting of 225 single family homes located on McKee Road between Weddington and Pleasant Plains Roads.
